Projects

What I am building, what I have built, and what my name is actually on. Grouped by role, because "side project" hides the difference between something I own and something I delivered for someone else.

Building

the two I am betting on

Find a game, organise the match, keep the group honest about who is playing and who owes what. The weekly football that lives in a chat group, with fixtures, line-ups, results and payments in one place.

Live on the web today, covered with Vitest and Playwright. I am packaging it for iOS and Android with Capacitor now.

Still unnamed

Co-founder

An organizational intelligence product: software that finds what is actually going wrong inside a company — the people part, not the infrastructure part. My co-founder brings decades of method; I bring the engineering.

Design phase: product canon written, architecture decided, the first line of application code still ahead. Honest beats impressive, so there is nothing to show yet.

My own products

founder or co-founder — my name is on the outcome
  • Live luckybites (opens in a new tab) Co-founder. The best restaurant promos in Barcelona: claim a deal at a partner place, eat, leave a review, collect points. Three languages, maps, photo uploads and row-level security on every table. Next.js · Supabase · Cloudflare
  • Building getdiez Founder. Summer-camp platform for kids: a dashboard for organisers and a mobile app for families, with photo galleries gated behind parental consent. Built story by story, with row-level security tested in pgTAP. Not public yet. Next.js · Expo · Supabase

Built for clients

delivered, and in several cases still maintained by me
  • Live moodcycling (opens in a new tab) Online indoor cycling classes. Subscription platform with billing, video delivery and a clean-architecture backend in production: NestJS and Prisma over Postgres, Clerk for auth, Stripe for payments, Mux for video, plus a companion web app. NestJS · Prisma · Stripe
  • Shipped zyntral (opens in a new tab) End-to-end sourcing and importing from China. Marketing site in Astro 5 with full internationalisation and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility — static, fast, and boring in the way a marketing site should be. Astro · Tailwind · Vercel
  • Shipped cleanvel (opens in a new tab) Cleaning company in Barcelona. Static site with structured data so they show up in local search, and a quote form that reaches an inbox someone actually reads. HTML · CSS · PHP

how to reach me

If you are building something and need someone who can take a backend from nothing to production — or you just want to argue about agents doing real ops work — I answer everything that is not a recruiter template.
